Cant access visual voicemail on new android phone

Can't access visual voicemail on new android phone. Response is "authentication error".

Solved! Apparently Visual Voicemail app is incompatible with Pixel 7 phone.

After posting, xfinity has responded to attempts to use it with message recommending

to remove it and use the voicemail icon at bottom of phone app. That works.
