Can’t access email on phone

How come I can’t sign in to xfinity when going to the site through the Duck Duck Go browser on my xfinity Samsung phone?  I changed my settings to allow duck duck go to manage cookies but it still doesn’t work.

@user_fde444 Good morning! Thank you for reaching out to our Community Support Team for assistance with your husbands email. It is more than likely the browser you are using. Xfinity email is supported by browsers Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and Safari. Have you tried a different browser to see if you get the same error?

It does but he prefers Duck Duck Go which worked fine until a few days ago - why did it suddenly change?
