Cannot pay my bill because everything says I do not have mobile service and my lines are going to be suspended! No resolution for 2 months!

I moved and a new account was created rather than merging them. Now suddenly my mobile service isn’t showing on any account and if I attempt to call, chat, access via app, even quick pay it says I am not a mobile customer and won’t even let me make a payment. I have spoken with 3 agents and chatted with 2. All of which assured me the problem had been resolved. Skip 2 months later and it has not been resolved, I’m getting emails stating my service is going to be suspended if I don’t make a payment by tomorrow, but Xfinity won’t let me make a payment! I feel like I’m on a practical joke show. I have tried every avenue I know of to get this resolved but am spinning my wheels. HELP!!

Boymom503 feel free to send us a direct message, so we can take steps to help with your Xfinity Mobile account. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
