Cannot activate Apple watch

Hello,

I received an apple watch that was supposed to be free with a line of service, however I have two problems. 

- I've been charged for the watch for three months now. 

-The watch cannot be activated.  I've tried chat and phone service multiple times for multiple hours and no one has been able to help me. 

When I go to activate the watch, I get the message "The Xfinity Mobile Account on this iPhone cannot be used to add a cellular plan to (name of watch).". What is causing this?

Thank you, I have tried those directions, but the QR code doesn't work and the alternate path through the app doesn't show the watch as available to activate.  It currently doesn't show the watch at all in the app, though it does show that I have one more service line then I have phones.  When I talked to support yesterday they claimed they had resolved an issue with my order and that I just needed to wait a few hours, but still nothing.  I unpaired the watch from the phone and started over today, and it does the exact same thing.  When I went through setup and tried to activate it gave me the message "The Xfinity Mobile Account on this iPhone cannot be used to add a cellular plan to (name of watch).".

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
