Cannot activate Apple watch
Hello,
I received an apple watch that was supposed to be free with a line of service, however I have two problems.
- I've been charged for the watch for three months now.
-The watch cannot be activated. I've tried chat and phone service multiple times for multiple hours and no one has been able to help me.
When I go to activate the watch, I get the message "The Xfinity Mobile Account on this iPhone cannot be used to add a cellular plan to (name of watch).". What is causing this?
