Cannot access Xfinity Mobile Bill Information (can't view the actual bill)

This has been an ongoing issue for the last several months, maybe ever since we added our 5th line in December 2019. I can see my total bill amount, but I can't access the actual bill, which gives the amount of data used by each line on my account. Everything else about the service is great, but this little thing is super frustrating. Why can't I access my billing information online? Whether I'm on the app on my phone, or the browser on my computer, when I click the dollar amount that should take me to an itemized view of my bill (where I can see usage and charges by line) I get the message "Something went wrong." Clicking the 'Try Again' button does nothing.

I have the exactly same issue.

I called customer service today and they don't know what's going on. They told me I have to call them every time I want to know the bill details. I'm very unhappy about this.

I have been experiencing the same issue for several months. And this has been making me loose $50 since April 2020 from my company as they reimburse that amount for Mobile plan expense.

Another think is I am paying close to $50 each month with them for an Iphone I never received. 

I am losing so much money with this Company.

I am so frustrated about anything related to Xfinity and will never recommend those services to anyone in the future.

Did you ever figure out the issue? I am going through the same thing. I think it began right after I paid my Galaxy off in full. I have two other phones I am still paying on, and it's crazy that I can't even see the bill!

I have been having the same problem for the last two billing cycles.  When I contacted support today I was left with the impression I was the first to experience this issue.

I have been unable to view my bill since November 2020.  Complete run around when I call. Got a ticket number in December, still no action.  This is a problem and frankly xfinity really doesn't care. They are not responsive

Have been having the similar problem ( over charged and not able to access billing details) and spent 4-5 hours on the phone over the last 4 mnths. Thought we had it resolved. Guess what same issue this month! Good bye xfinity mobile!
