cancelled now mobile a while ago but just got billed for 1 month

I used to have now mobile but it has been months since I cancelled without incident, but today checking my bank statement I see a charge for now mobile. I tried to chat with xfinity and they told me there is no account associated with my address for now mobile so why am I being charged?
