Hello! Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us, @user_9dcfb9. I can definitely understand why this would be frustrating. No one wants to pay for something they no longer use. I am here to help though.
How long has it been since you canceled your line? It can take a billing cycle for the app to update. Also, can you access your lines? Does it show that they are still active?
