CANCEL REQUEST TO TRANSFER PHONE

I have tried to switch my phone from Tmobile to Xfinity this morning. First it would not activate. now it says it's activated but it will not make any calls. I tried to tell them to cancel my transfer when the activation wouldn't work, but they ignored my request. I just want to cancel the transfer so I can go back to my previous carrier. Xfinity costomer service is the absolute worse, and I dont know why I ever thought it would be a good idea to switch my phone service to you guys. I have been without phone service all day. when try to chat online it get an error message asking me if. want a call back..... HOW the phone isn't working!!!! how do I get ahold of someone who can fix this issue now! I want my number back so I can go back to Tmobile.

@user_yoqz1n I would call T-Mobile since you want to go back. I'm sure they can reverse it.

Hello, @user_yoqz1n

Thank you for reaching out for help with Xfinity Mobile service, via our community forums. Have you attmepted these additional options to reach out to Xfinity Mobile? You can contact our Xfinity Mobile support center via any of the following methods:

  • SMS Text Message: 1 (888) 936-4968

  • Phone: 1 (888) 936-4968

If these options have not been successful, please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
