Cancel now mobile plan

It wont allow me to cancel in the app and im having a hard time with customer service.  The representative was supposed to just change my number but he changed my whole plan from xfinity mobile to now mobile without my knowledge.  Causing me to loose my year free promotion. Forcing me to pay a phone bill or buy a another phone to get my promotion back.  Now Im trying to cancel through the app but im receiving an error message.  Representative said he couldn't even transfer back to xfinity mobile trying to get my promotion back on my plan, after I originally asked him to cancel my now mobile plan.  I was told multiple times a membership from specialty team will contact me. But every call I received was not from supervisor or any from specialty team. Just a basic team member with no knowledge of my situation.  Cause to explain over and over and each chat last over two hours. Its been two weeks and my phone is off because mistake that an xfinity representative made. A few representative actually wanted me to pay the bill and change my now mobile plan again instead of fixing the issue.  I don't see why I have to pay for a mistake that I didn't make. I switched from cricket to the xfinity now plan for a year free. I never had phone issues until I switched. Stopping me doing a lot of business or communicating on the go because I refuse to pay for a mistake that I didn't make and refuse to even be acknowledged. I talked to a least 20 representative and not one can help me. They all told me I will receive a call back. I tried to cancel the now mobile plan on the app, the chat, and tried to call in. Now I have to wait two months for the plan to cancel on its on.

user_4o4e29 Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about all of your trouble with the NOW Mobile service. This is not the experenice we want for you, or anyone. Since NOW Mobile is a prepaid service that auto-renews monthly, have you tried removing your payment method from the NOW Mobile portal so that services don't renew?

Yes, that is correct. I keep receiving multiple calls from xfinity. THEY CALL FROM DIFFERENT (1-888) NUMBERS. But they can't cancel it. Every I talked to basically said I had to wait to it cancels itself at the end of this month.

user_4o4e29, Thanks for confirming this for us. When you were told you would receive a callback, were you provided with a ticket number? What happens when you try to cancel NOW Mobile via the NOW Portal? Are you getting an error message? Are you able to select the cancel service option like in this link here or is it grayed out?
