Cancel my mobile line

I have been calling every number listed on the xfinity website and am in a loop an unable to cancel my mobile lines. How I cancel my mobile lines?

Steps to Cancel Xfinity Mobile:
    • Call Support: Call 1-888-936-4968 to speak with a representative to cancel.
    • Online/App Cancellation: Sign in to your account on the Xfinity app or website, go to the "Devices" tab, select the line, and follow prompts to cancel or transfer.
    • Visit a Store: Locate an Xfinity Store to cancel in person.
  • Transfer/Port Out: If moving to a new carrier, initiate the transfer with the new carrier. You will need a transfer PIN from the Xfinity app (Services > Mobile Lines > Transfer this number)
