Good luck. I have been trying for 4 weeks to cancel and return mine.  Just know you aren’t alone and Xfinity is awful

user_4d4f1p Thank you for stopping in for help with canceling the order you just placed. Normally, we only have a 30 min window to cancel orders before they are sent off for fulfillment. Has your order already shipped?
