Cancel apple watch fee

You have made it impossible to cancel the $10 data fee on my Apple Watch from the app or online. I have looked everywhere. According to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on subscription and negative option billing, companies are required to provide an easy method for consumers to cancel recurring fees, and restricting cancellation to only calling an advisor may be considered an unfair business practice under the Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act (ROSCA). If this issue cannot be resolved quickly, I will report this to the Better Business Bureau and provide documentation citing these laws.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
