@user_d370d9 Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Xfinity Forums Community, and thank you for your patience while awaiting our response. I understand you are asking about Xfinity Mobile and the ability to have two active lines on Apple iPhone 14. I have a helpful link to share, https://www.xfinity.com/learn/mobile-service/esim#:~:text=With%20eSIM%2C%20you%20can%20quickly,numbers%20at%20the%20same%20time. This helps explain how devices are now dual Sim, with ESim and PSim. From this link shared toward the bottom it indicates: A dual SIM device allows you to have two different cellular plans on your pSIM and eSIM, even from different carriers. Our Mobile Team of experts would love to help you out with options. Due to account security, we are limited on access to your Xfinity Mobile account here on social media, and we recommend reaching out to our Team to find out about two lines. You can reach them by texting or calling 888-936-4968 or you can chat with expert here http://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/?channel=xMobile. Have you attempted to reach them?

As usual the Xfinity support above was not any help, so I suggest the following:
1.) Go to the Xfinity Mobile site, and login if not done automatically.
2.) Go to Bring Your Own
3.) Check compatibility (Apple, Other, Your IMEI for your new iPhone)
If this says your iPhone is compatible, then there is hope, otherwise you will need tier 2 or 3 support.
Your risks are first getting your Google number ported which seems to be problematic based on other posts, and second whether XM will handle/add the additional eSIM to your IMEI?
Good Luck! Let us know what happens.

@DaveO3 I have two numbers with Xfinity. One is on an iPhone 14 Pro, the other is on an iPhone 12 pro. I want to utilize dual sim and add the number from my iPhone 12 on to the iPhone 14. I've been in the Xfinity store two times this week (no help). I did the steps above, and it says my iphone 12 pro is not compatible. That is when I called Xfinity and spoke to tier 2. They said because both numbers are carried with Xfinity I can not use dual sim. I would need to have another number from another carrier and then it would work. I just find this crazy, that I'd have to cancel one of my lines with Xfinity and go to another carrier. Don't they want business? Have you found this to be ture or found a work around? Every where I've read doesn't say anything about having two numbers from Xfinity.
Thanks in advance!

You might be able to transfer/add an eSIM from another iPhone. Go into settings, cellular, Add eSIM. Give it a try.
Otherwise keep calling support until you get a knowledgeable support person.
Good Luck.
