Calls from correctional facilities.

When someone calls me from a correctional facility the call doesn't show up or notify me on my phone. However, the recorded message from the facility comes through voicemail. I dont know if calls from correctional facililies are blocked for some reason, and need to have them unblocked. Technically the calls aren't collect calls since theyre made through the Securus system and are paid for in advance. This has been an issue with both Weld County and Denver County in Colorado. I've received calls from Jefferson County just fine, so there should be a way to accept calls from other facilities.
