Caller ID displays old name when I was with Sprint

Is there any way possible to change caller ID name being displayed??? When I was with Sprint, before switching to XFinity, my name was NASB Home Loans. I am no longer with that company and need either my name or phone number displayed. This is a nightmare as  I work for a new company and use my cell phone to make calls. Any ideas or suggestions?
