Byod a scam?

So before I switched to xfinity mobile I read on the incentive tracker site, it states "If you bring your own device and port your number between June 3, 2022 and June 21, 2022, you may be eligible to receive a $200 prepaid card for each device you bring and activate. To qualify for your card, you must maintain your Mobile services and lines associated to the offer for 90 days and keep your account in good standing. The Prepaid Card will be sent within 16-18 weeks of service activation."  I ported over my 2 devices and was insured i would be receiving the "2" $200.00 gift cards, I even talked to a supervisor to clarify this was correct. Now I have received one, and the agents are saying no it was wrong. I know this won't fix my issue, but hopefully it can help another customer know they aren't crazy.
