BYOD $100 per phone

I switched to Xfinity in September 2022, I chose BYOD and brought 3 phones.  I was promised a $100 visa gift card per line.  I just received my card and its only for $100, not $300.  I read the details, it stated max reward was $1000 and that funds would all be on one card. How do I get this corrected?  Thanks
