Broken promises poor service
I've been attempting to collectrefund that has been promised to me multiple times I have wasted several hours on the phone, several hours on chat, and about an hour in the store. I've been hung up on I've been kept on hold I've wasted hours on chat I've been promised return phone calls, I've been promised emails, I've had chats ended. I've had incidents created I've been told that a calculation needs to take place I've tried to escalate. What do I need to do to get this resolved I cannot spend any more time on the phone or in the store. Do I need to call the FCC do I need to call the better Business bureau? This is a 30 billing cycle refund for three lines I understand it is a significant refund but I cannot spend any more time on this issue.
