BOGO phone line promo needs to be honored

If you offer a promo on your website, and people switch to your company for that promo, it needs to be honored. Otherwise, it's a bait and switch. With so many people posting about not getting the credit, Xfinity needs to go back over all the accounts and give credit to the people that switched.
