BOGO discount is wrong, nobody can help.

I signed up for Xfinity mobile for the BOGO deal. 2 lines, $60. The first couple of months it was correct: $30 credit. It somehow got changed and now I receive a $20 credit. Agents tell me there is no fix and that I need to call every month to get my $10. Is there some way to fix this? This seems insane and scammy.
