Billing

I have a credit of over $168 on my Xfinity internet account. Can i apply that to my Xfinity Mobile account?

@admin124  Credits on your cable account would not be able to be transferred to a mobile account at this time. Any credits on account would go toward your next billing statement or if the account is closed it would be refunded to you. If the refund attempt fails to process successfully to the last payment method, the credit balance will be refunded by check using automated processes. Checks will be issued in the name of the account holder and mailed to the bill-to address within 30 days from the date of the completed disconnection.
