Billing
We were offered a free mobile phone as a "preferred customer" gift due to a billing mistake. It was offered as a phone to use to plug into our wifi modem - reiterating the fact that we were told it was for FREE! We decided we did not want it because we preferred to have a plug in basic phone and thus returned it to our local Xfinity store in July of 2022! We then noticed a charge began on our Mobile Xfinity bill for the phone and shortly after that, also being charged for the service. Again - we never activated the phone and returned it! After many customer service calls and going to the store manager and even calling him consistently, we were still being charged! We even received a refund for 1 month of charges but still continued to pay for the phone and the service. After our last visit to the store, the manager apologized and said he would AGAIN take care of this and we would be refunded. That was 4 months ago! The charge for the phone itself finally stopped, but the service charges have continued AND still no refunds! We have tried every avenue and no longer know what to do. We want this to STOP and want a full refund IMMEDIATELY! We are now over $500 in to a phone we returned, never wanted, and never used! Not only are we looking into legal representation, but cancelling all XFINITY accounts entirely.
PLEASE STOP CHARGING US AND ISSUE A REFUND! This is riduculous!
