I paid on my phone, buy Xfinity put it on my cable under [Edited: "Personal Information"]. How do I  transfer the payment from cable to my mobile?

This is to keep your information and account secure. Secondly, to confirm, you tried to make a payment toward your phone installments or was it just your mobile bill? And instead of paying the on the intended account it went onto your cable services correct?  

 

Please send me a Direct Message with your name, service address and account numbers for both your residential and Xfinity mobile accounts so that I can fully dive into this for you! I will leave you instructions on how to initiate the message with us! I look forward to working with you soon!
