Billing

I have subscribed for Internet 400 mbps plan on Apr 24 for $ 55/ month and was promised 1 line with no additional cost. That line can be activated within 90 days from date of purchase of Wifi. Line was activated on 12 May'23. Received a bill for services from Apr'26 to Jun'25 with total bill of $110. The query is that I will not be charged for line separately.
