Billing problem

"I signed up for Xfinity Mobile in March with a documented $40/month device credit for my iPhone 16. My account is now only showing a $30 credit. The store representative assured me the credit would carry over during recent plan changes. Please review the original terms of my device agreement from March and reinstate the $40/month credit as promised

I don’t know why this happens when people assure me in the store that the credits would carry over and now the credits are different after I switched to Xfinity mobile plus they assured me they would not change and just quietly change to $30 from $40 a month which equates to $120 over the year. I need this to be honored.

Hi @user_6owv3p, thank you for reaching out. I can definitely understand your concern, especially when you signed up with a specific promotional credit and are now seeing a different amount reflected on your account. We'd be happy to take a closer look at this for you. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, we'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

How to send us a direct message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support."
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
