Billing fraud
Notice how your communication truncates so that it doesn't display all that you have tried to convey? We may need another outlet to vent our frustrations, like YELP and BBB, and(or) Consumer Affairs. I wrote that Xfinity marketing lied to me saying I could bundle my two mobile phones and the internet modem at a price comparable what I paid for home internet alone. They LIED! REPEATEDLY!!! I get two separate bills and the mobile bill is higher than the outfit I transferred from.
