Billing errors

Xfinity: When I renewed my Mobile contract with Xfinity in November 2025 I was offered a promotion of WiFi for $55 a month with free Mobile service for one year, ending November 2026. In the summer of 2026 I received the following bills: 6/30/26:$2.23; 7/30/26: $42.26; 8/31/26: $42.29 for a total of $86.78. And please note: The billing cycle for Mobile is coming up again, so in a few days Xfinity will charge my account approximately $42.29. We must also add this into the total. Beginning on 6/30/26 to present, Xfinity will have erroneously charged to my credit card $129.07. I would like this charge credited to my account as soon as possible and this error with Xfinity Mobile corrected as soon as possible.
I have spent hours on the phone with Xfinity trying to correct errors with unauthorized charges to my credit card for Mobile. The issue from my point of view, is labor intensive. On May 30, 2025 I spoke with Latisha regarding an erroneous charge and she was vey helpful. I thought that would be the end of it.
On 4/30/26 and again on 5/30/26 my account was erroneously charged $42.23 for a total of $84.26. I called customer service on 6/15/26 and was told the overcharge would not be credited. I was then contacted by Xfinity regarding my customer service rating—which, rightfully so, was negative. I spoke with Kareem. He did credit my account $84.26 and we discussed continuing free Mobile until November 2026, which was according to the agreement made with Xfinity for free Mobile from November 2025 until November 2026. However, there was a glitch in working out the billing issue and promotion, so I agreed to decide if I wanted to add a second line (long story) and Kareem and I agreed to get in touch again. I assumed, in the meantime, my account would not be erroneously charged again.

However. Beginning on 6/30/26 charges to my credit card began to reappear. I would like to have my card credited for the $86.78 that has already been charged to my card and also, for an additional $42.29 that will be charged to my card again on 9/30/26, for a total of $129.07.

I have emailed Kareem twice for assistance with this matter. (He emailed me a lovely “thank you for contacting Xfinity note the day after we spoke on the phone, thus, I had an email address for Kareem/Xfinity.) There was no response. I am assuming Kareem did not receive the email.

On 9/21/26 I called Xfinity customer service and talked to John. He told me that he would submit an evaluation for this billing error and then Xfinity administrators would evaluate it and contact me in 7-10 business days. I have not yet heard from Xfinity administrators. I have spent countless hours making phone calls and writing texts (I even stopped by the Xfinity store downtown and spoke with the manager) to have this issue resolved. Xfinity now owes me the $86.78 and by 9/30/26, Xfinity will owe me an additional $42.29 when my account is charged once again. The total that must be credited to my account will be $129.07. In addition, I ask that you not charge my account again on 10/31/26. Our agreement was for free mobile from November 2026 until November 2026.

I have spent countless hours attempting to resolve this issue with Xfinity. My time is valuable. I have no complaints about the Xfinity employees I speak with on the phone. They are as helpful as helpful as they can be, however, they are not authorized to resolve issues quickly and the effect is on the customers, who spend hours and hours of their precious time attempting to resolve errors in Billing. Please contact me as soon as possible in resolving this matter.
