Billing Error: Incorrect Full Device Charge ($822.20) - Need Promotional Credit Applied
Hello Xfinity Support Team,
I need urgent help resolving a recurring billing issue related to a Galaxy Flip 6 purchase and trade-in promotion.
The device/line had to be removed and re-added to my account due to a system issue. This action incorrectly removed my monthly promotional trade-in discounts.
As a result, I was incorrectly charged the full remaining balance of $822.20 in a lump sum.
My original plan entitled me to 13 remaining payments at a discounted rate of $21.87.
Required Resolution: I need a specialist to review my original trade-in promotion and apply a credit/refund of $284.31 to my account to correct this error.
