billed for phones that were never activated - lies from sales rep
I was visited by a Sales rep after Xfinity finally came to my street. I had already signed up for the internet service but he insisted that if I went through him, he would "save me money' and "take care of any issues we might have". He wanted me to sign up for Xfinity mobile, but I was still unsure. He said I would NOT billed unless we activated the sim cards - WELL, sim cards came, *missing 1 of 5* and we did not activate. The next month I noticed they charged my credit card. I called. They said they would reverse the charge and cancel. They did neither. The next month, I got charged again. I spent time online with a customer service person, got nowhere. I called and talked with a customer service person who informed me that they would NOT be reversing the charges, because they emailed me their "policy" that says they can charge me. They did not care that my sales rep told me different. I have called, texted and emailed that sales rep multiple times and he is now ghosting me. I am out $354 - unbelievable!!!! Still trying to figure out how to contact someone who can help me or at least report this sales rep.
