Billed 6 months later for a smartwatch I never took possession of
Xfinity assistant chat rep added a smartwatch after I was making a channel lineup change due to sudden disconnected tv. I never took possession from delivery driver. Xfinity continued to charge line fees. Called and actually reached a nice agent that fixed and credited my mobile account. This was on April of 2025. Today I was notified of my bill which included $215 for the smartwatch. Texted chat with Balaji said was going to fix and stopped responding after saying he was looking into it.
