Hello. I was erroneously charged $130 for an eSIM line that was never activated or downloaded (0.0 KB usage). I just finished a chat where the agent canceled the line and issued a partial $60 refund under Chat Reference #908718512316875301, but they could not queue a supervisor to credit the remaining $70. Can an official corporate forum specialist please review this ticket and credit the final $70 back to my card? Thank you.
