That would be an excellent idea if that would work but it doesn’t. Xfinity customer service is garbage. It’s impossible to get passed the automated answers unless you have an hour. That’s why I can to the forum which also appears to be impossible to get answers from. I am so frustrated with Xfinity because I left AT&T due to their lack of customer service and now Xfinity has joined the ranks of [ Edit: Inflammatory] customer service and zero answers.
