Beware of Xfinity Mobile

I received 2 Xfinity Mobile phones for my business after being promised they would have certain features. Those features turned out to not be available after I had gone through the entire activation process, and I cancelled the phones and returned them. Now a month later, Xfinity has billed my credit card for taxes and fees. I tried calling them but my estimated wait time "Is more than 60 minutes". I've been on hold now for 23 minutes. I don't recommend this company as they haven't figured out their products or customer service. I give up.

We have currently been on wait for over an hour and my wait time keeps going from more than 60 Minutes to more than 100 minutes. We tried to use the chart feature and all they could do was direct us to call them and said we would just have to wait for someone. The message keeps telling us we probably should hang up and try back at a later time. This is not an option I need help with my phones 2 hours ago! I'm super frustrated!
