Bait and Switch

Xfinity reps pushed hard in November to get the new iphone, so I got it. Then they started charging me, a LOT. I called about 5 times, they told me they knew it was an issue, and I just had to wait to be reimbursed. I sent back my old phone. Well, it's now April and they've taken hundreds of dollars from me now. They engaged in lying and fraud, using bait and switch tactics, Don't believe their sleazy sales people, they have no problems with lying multiple times and overbilling because they're a big company and can get away with fraud and horrible customer service.

user_4zjaj2 Hello and thank you for taking the tie to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I definitely understand how frustrating it can be if your billing is higher than you were expecting. Our team would love the opportunity to help you with your concern, but we will need to be able to access the account details. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
