Bait and Switch
I joined Xfinity Mobile during a promotion where I was suppose to receive two gift cards totaling $700 for switching.
Now, I am being told that I was disqualified from receiving the cards because I did not keep my old number.
I would have loved to keep my old number, but was told that was not an option by Xfinity.
Customer service gives me the runaround and only seems capable of reading the same sentence off of the computer screen over and over again.
This is horrible customer service. A complete rip off. A scam. And a bait and switch. Xfinity is a multi million dollar company. Give your customers the $700 that you promised them, and stop playing dirty games.

@Longinus6 Thank you for contacting us here at the Xfinity Community Forums. I can certainly understand the frustration of not being able to receive the gift cards as part of your Xfinity Mobile promotion. Do you happen to have an email or information listing the specific terms of the gift card promotion? Typically such promotions will stipulate when one of the requirements is porting or transferring a number from another phone carrier.
Due to account security, our options with Xfinity Mobile accounts are very limited. We're unable to perform any device or account-specific requests or support over this platform. Support information for XM can be found at https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/support
You can also contact our Xfinity Mobile support center via any of the following methods:
