Awful customer service. Do not use

I am really disappointed in Xfinity, y’all really do your customers dirty. I paid over $150 to cancel
Internet and mobile. Since I was moving and couldn’t use your service anymore. I then got an email saying I still owed. When I contacted I was told to just ignore the emails since it was a mistake. Then two months later I started getting debt collector emailing me. I have been trying to contact Xfinity but your customer service has taken me on a roller coaster everywhere and then it gets disconnected every time y’all do that to help me. I finally just paid the stupid fee I was told to ignore. I really didn’t have the funds to pay but was afraid of the debt collectors. I hope y’all are happy with the poor treatment you give your customers. It really is bad and doesn’t look good. I will not be recommending you to anyone. I had better time with Att years ago customer service than y’all. IQ fiber is a lot better too! Glad we are using them now.
