Average time to unlock phone

I requested my device be unlocked over 48 hours ago.

What has the experience been for the time it takes to receive network unlock pin.

I've spoken to support who claims to have escalated my issue, but told the device unlock request was approved just and unlocked but that it might be another 24 hours for me to get the pin...

I was transferred to a supervisor who upon answering my call simply hung up.

Feeling extremely discouraged, after being a customer for over a decade I didn't expect to be treated so poorly.
