Autopay

I find it deplorable that I was not able to turn off autopay on my acct.   there are times where I may have been maybe 2 days late depending on a pay date.  I called and was told absolutely no way to turn it off.   Well this disgusted me so much I took my lines elsewhere. And to make things worse your version of early update is when the phone is half paid off I pay the remainder off to update it. Verizon you turn it in when half paid off and get new ones with the discounts and promotions.    How do you consider pay it off first as an early upgrade.   I did like y’all but between these issues and the inability to get a live person at customer service has made my mind up. I left and I am not gonna look back.    Then after all that yall have the nerve to send me an email asking me to come back. Haha.  Not a chance.  And for internet I got the same speed for half

the price with quantum fiber.  Plus the speed is both ways.   Have a good day
