I made a double payment this month and I just got something from you saying that you're going to take out money on the 28th why would you do that.

user_cw8lq4 Thanks for creating a post. I would recommend checking the recent bill statements to verify the current balance against the recent payments you have made. Was the double payment made to help clear a past due balance?
