Automatic Payment Change

I've received emails from "Xfinity" asking me to update my automatic payment information.  Here's what they say:

Two months left to update your automatic payment method
 Don't lose your $10 monthly automatic payment and paperless billing discount. Be sure to update your automatic payment method to a bank account using an account number and routing number no later than March 30, 2023.

Updating your payment method is easy - just have your bank account and routing number handy. Make the switch today here.

Automatic credit card payment for your Internet will only get a $5 discount in the future as I understand it. 

As long as you are logged into your account, it is a good time to check/manage/change your internet account as you may be able to get an additional discount for signing up for 12 months!

I got this email too. From what I can infer, automatic CREDIT CARD payments will no longer trigger the $10 discount. Now we need a direct payment from the bank.

Seems like Xfinity Comcast is being cheap and doesn't want to pay credit card fees.
