Automatic Billing

I have automatic Billing setup and was able to pay no problem in the month of May of this year. Yet the system decided not to pay for the month of June or july on time and incurred me a $118 late fee for something that wasn't even my fault. Absolutely ridiculous. I would much appreciate seeing this problem fixed and this fee credited back to my account on a future payment at the very least.
