Atrocious Xfinity Behavior

I have been with comcast for over 2 decades.  I called in Nov 29 and this rep duped me into getting a data plan for a free (??) ipad.  As soon as I realized this I told them to cancel and he says ipad is shipped already (what a load of [Edit: Language]).  IPad never arrived, I lost 2 work days waiting for it (UPS needs signature).  This entire week I have been on the phone and each rep tells me a different story.  This is a nightmare.  I cannot believe this, I have been charged 92 dollars and now 54 dollars for an ipad I do not want...
