apple watch promotion
As a Diamond member I was offered a credit towards an Apple Watch, which sold out quickly on the Xfinity site. However per an email recently received from [Edited: "Personal Information"]nity.com, "you are still able to utilize this offer by ... purchasing an Apple Watch SE Aluminum 40mm through our backorder process" ...
Nowhere I can see is it described how to use the backorder process. The email directs me to a page that says the watch is out of stock.
Ideas?
