Apple Watch promotion promised and not applied
As the 17pro offer came available with the preorder, my husband and I switched over to Xfinity from t mobile. We went to our local store and were advised we had an additional offer of getting two apple watches at a minimum cost for my husband as he wanted the 44mm, in which we were advised would be an additional $4 a month. Mine to be 0. See second bill online, no watch offers applied. Contacted customer support and was advised $30 credit applied however to continue the discount I would have to contact Xfinity once a month… is this true? How can I get a permanent resolution? If I knew I was paying for the watches I wouldn’t have gotten them!!

@user_05ttil We don't have any promos that require you to call in every month. It sounds like whatever promo was offered wasn't properly applied. Please send us a direct message with your full name and the service address so we can check into the orders and the account.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
