Android 13 update.

I have a Samsung S21 5G. Android 13 has been out for many weeks already. I have not received it yet. Can you tell me when I will receive Android 13 update?

Again I have a galaxy a42 5g update was released week ago what is problem this is why I'm looking at t mobile

I have unlocked Z Fold 4 and am still waiting for xfinity to release android13 update - this is reason enough to switch carriers at this point, updates are not that hard and should not take this long.
