All-in Tablet & Watch Plan credit

I’m looking at adding some additional watches and tablets to my account, but I’m on the previous mobile plans I’ve been told that’s called the GEN5. When I search on the website, it makes it looks like The all in tablet and watch plan credit for $35 is for any account, but I’m trying to get clarification if it is just for the new style accounts.
