All I hear is Spanish!
Whenever I call Xfinity Mobile Care all I hear is spanish.
I didn't choose Spanish. I don't speak Spanish. There is no option to hear English (as far as I can tell because guess what... I don't speak Spanish).
I've had the same number with Xfinity Mobile for years and it's never done this. It even does it when I call the normal Xfinity customer service number from my mobile phone.
It doesn't do it from my Xfinity home phone. It doesn't do it from any the other Xfinity Mobile phones from my account.
Can someone fix this for me. It only started doing it months ago and worked fine before that.
Any help would be appreciated.
