Agents promised $300 prepaid visa and now the offer is not honored

​In Nov 2022 I was promised to get $300 prepaid visa for switching from TMobile to xfinity mobile. But now I only received $100. I tried to contact several times. One agent said it should be $300 for my case then transfer my call to another person but no one can solve this for me. I called several times and didn't get any help. I am looking to get this resolved and get the promised prepaid visa cards. It's been 6 months now and couldn't find one person to help...If not resolved I will be filing complaints with BBB and FCC.​ Is this the way how Xfinity treat customers??? Fantastic!

I am in the same boat, except the $100 reward that I "activated" prior to shopping in store, never worked.  I bought one cell phone, and nothing is showing up on the xfinity rewards tracker, 4 months later.  How convenient.  This company promised rebates, and then makes you harass them until you are blue in the face in order to actually receive them.

I experienced the same issue! The agent in the rewards sector told me that the promo didn’t apply to my area and refused to honor the agreement.

But wasn’t just an agent who told me this deal for switching from T-Mobile would apply to my account, it was online at xfinity.com, two agents on the phone and another in store.
