Agents lied about promo now they expect me to pay

in September I purchased an iPhone 15 Pro Max and added a new line. The agent informed me that the bill would be $30 a month For unlimited, and the second line would be free. Now I just received a bill for $130 and they are refusing to honor the deal. This is absolutely crazy! These guys are scam artists!

Yea tried both methods you listed and they basically told me they can’t do anything and then when I asked for a manager they just put me on hold for 3 hrs until I either hung up or closed the chat.  You guys like to pretend
