Adding Mobile lines - credit issue?
Just spent an hour and a half at an Xfinity store (Orland Park, IL) trying to move three new lines to our current Xfinity Mobile account (from Verizon). Service agent told us we were only able to move one line over due to some kind of $1,000 credit restriction. Spent the next 60 minutes trying to get this resolved over the phone with overseas support agents, to no avail. We have been Xfinity customers for many years and our credit score is 800, so credit line/security is a non-issue. Apparently Xfinity Mobile either doesn't want our additional business or has set up artificial limitations to keep families from bundling additional mobile lines (or both). Which is it?

Here is the link to the XM support page: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/eligibility-faq
Unfortunately no one knows how or when XM might up your limit, or anyone elses’ limit, so use what you can of your limit. The bottom line is that XM’s generosity is limited by whatever algorithm they are using when they only offer $1,000 DPP, and not their maximum $2,500 DPP.
